We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We confirm the total, including shipping, before any payment is taken, and if we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.

Shipping depends on the size and weight of your order and its destination. We quote the exact cost when we confirm your order.

We dispatch every order within 48 hours by EMS Express Mail Service, fully tracked. Your tracking number is sent by email on the day your parcel leaves Bethlehem.

Because each piece is packed by hand in Bethlehem, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Yes. Our olive wood and mother of pearl are carved and inlaid by hand in Bethlehem by the workshops we work with. Our icons are painted by hand, and several are signed by their iconographer.

Keep carvings out of strong direct sun and away from radiators, and dust them with a soft, dry brush. Once or twice a year, a little olive oil on a cloth restores the depth of the grain. Never soak the wood.

Wipe mother of pearl with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry it at once; keep it away from perfume and cleaning sprays. Silver may darken in its recesses over time, and a soft silver cloth restores the shine.
